Why this costs less than renting a server

When you rent a game server, you pay every single month, for every server, and the bill never stops. You're really paying to borrow someone else's computer.

With Server Reforged, the computer is one you already own. That's the part that usually costs the most, so the price can be a lot lower. Your hardware stays yours, and your server stays under your roof.

What happens after beta

We'll add paid plans at some point, so we can keep the lights on and keep improving. They'll be priced well below renting a server, and you'll hear from us well before anything changes. Nothing charges you automatically. You'll choose whether to pay.

Everyone who joins during the beta gets a founding price when paid plans arrive. It's lower than what new customers will pay, and it's yours for as long as you stay subscribed.

For now, it's free. The best way to shape what the paid plans look like is to try it and tell us what you think.

If you decide not to pay

We won't delete anything. Your worlds live on your own computer, not on ours, so they stay yours whatever you decide.

Your backups stay downloadable from your dashboard too, so you can take your worlds with you whenever you like.
